Wire Form Design and Sampling

Often customers come to us with fully designed parts and all we have to do is find the most effective tooling and shaping processes. However, not all of our customers have their design 100% and that’s ok. We have a wealth of experience and expertise in wire form and four slide manufacturing and we can help fill in design gaps.

Our engineers can help you take a design from prototyping to manufacturing. For some customers it is as simple as their engineers calling us with design tweaks or asking for our opinion. Other times a customer will have a part that simply isn’t performing the way it should be and we re-engineer the part for them. Either way, we enjoy being able to help our customers ensure their part is going to work exactly as it should.

The Importance of Sampling

With our experience and machining capabilities we can easily create prototypes and samples to test out designs before a full run begins. In fact, the best way for a customer to save money is to have a sample created before we begin the production run. This allows for design tweaks and changes to be made before the run is begun, saving money and time.

Our ability to engineer parts also allows us to help customers spot potential design issues before they arise. So even if a customer doesn’t need our engineers to do the bulk of design work they can still benefit from our expertise.

Taking the time to have samples created and tested often saves our customers a lot of time and money in the long run. Rather than finding out a part isn’t going to be perfect after a full run has been completed, packaged, and shipped we can help you work the kinks out before a production run gets off the ground!
