Four Slide Stamped Parts

Plymouth's extensive four slide department marries precision stamping with unique forming capabilities. We can custom tool your intricate metal parts from flat stock material or from drawn wire. We use CadKey as our tool design program, which allows our customers to send us compatible DFX files for total quality control of their component from design to fabrication.

Four slide stamping has low to moderate tooling costs and produces accurate repeatable parts. If you have flat springs, brackets, clips, flat terminals, or any stamped and formed metal components it may be a natural candidate for four slide.

Current Parameters:
Flat Strip Stock - .005 - .100 thickness
Blank length - up to 15" in length
Wire - up to .1875 in diameter
Wire Blank Length - up to 15"
